Frequently asked questions
Where
can I buy a copy of Consequences?
Consequences is now available on CD on Japanese
Import from the usual outlets such as Amazon.com
or Amazon.co.uk.
Demon Records in the UK have re-issued the cut-down version
'Music from Consequences' - Amazon.co.uk stock this.
If you're after the original vinyl or cassette your best bet is to try
the usual secondhand outlets. A few places on the net you could try are:
www.vinyltap.co.uk
eil.com
www.gemm.com
Reckless Records
ebay
I've never bought anything through any of the above outlets, so I can't
vouch for them, but many of them often have Godley & Creme material
listed. Tip - when searching, try using the word 'Godley' only as people often
mis-spell 'Creme'.
I
have a copy of Consequences I'd like to sell / auction - can I advertise
it on Mr Blint's Attic?
Alas, I don't have the time to process and update adverts or supervise
an auction. If you have a copy of the album to sell, try one of the outlets
listed above.
Is
there a CD re-issue?
Polygram in Germany did a CD re-issue a few years ago, limited to
3000 copies. It was something of a botched job. OneWay
in the USA re-issued it again on CD and done a much better job. It
includes the complete triple album on 2 CDs and all the liner notes. The
Universal Japanese re-issue is very nice too.
Why
no MP3 audio files on your website?
Up until now I've only provided low-quality RealAudio files so as
to whet people's appetites and I figured that they were such bad quality
that the copyright holders could not possibly object. I'm considering
putting some of the dialogue on the website in MP3 format soon, once I
have acquired suitable Mac software.
How can I contact you?
Please feel free to e-mail me at the address on the contacts
page with contributions, additions to the discography or anything
at all really. It's always good to hear from fans of the album.
